Economists at Nomura and Morgan Stanley have raised their economic growth forecast for India's fiscal 2024 after data showed the economy grew at its fastest pace in a year in the April-June quarter. Nomura now expects GDP to rise 5.9% for the year ending March 2024, while Morgan Stanley raised it to 6.4%. BofA Global Research, however, cut their estimates as quarterly growth missed their forecast.
