Zee approaches NCLT against Sony's decision to call off merger

Zee Entertainment has moved the National Company Law Tribunal and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre against Sony's decision to terminate the $10 billion merger. Sony cited the unmet merger conditions as the reason for termination. Zee has sought guidance from the tribunal on how to carry out the merger.
