60+ Vistara flights cancelled: DGCA norms not enough, fume flyers

DGCA has asked Vistara to follow regulations pertaining to facilities and compensation it should pay passengers hit by flight cancellations, delays and boarding denials. But flyers have learnt that those norms do not address some of their core concerns.
