The movie received an 'A' certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which disappointed the viewers and audience present in the theatre. The audience members expressed their disagreement with the certification, saying that the movie deserved to receive a UA certification. The film’s story revolves around social issues faced by teenagers and their need for sexual education.
