Singh was seen leaving Khan's Mumbai residence, leading to speculation that they may collaborate on future projects. The rift began when Khan made a sarcastic remark about Singh at an awards ceremony, leading to the removal of Singh's songs from Khan's films. Singh later issued a public apology.
