‘Avatar 4’ to have a six-year time leap

‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ became the third-highest grossing film with $2.3 billion worldwide. James Cameron confirmed the sequels, ‘Avatar 3’ and ‘Avatar 4’, are on track. Initial motion capture for both films was done during the production of ‘The Way of Water’. The release of ‘Avatar 3’ is scheduled for December 2025, followed by ‘Avatar 4’ in December 2029 and ‘Avatar 5’ in December 2031.
