Reflecting on his artistic evolution, Rishab Shetty remarked, "My journey as an artist started when I was in 6th standard when I performed Yakshagana. Since then, I always dreamt of bringing folklore of my region to the big screen for the world to see.". Yakshagana, a beloved folklore dance form, played a significant role in Shetty's acclaimed film 'Kantara: The Legend'. Notably, the traditional dance was intricately incorporated into the 'Varahroopam' track.
