Thursday, 9 May 2024 () Salman Khan's shooting incident unfolds with the fifth accused, Mohammad Rafiq Choudhary, arrested from Rajasthan, having conducted reconnaissance not only at Khan's residence but also at the homes of two other Bollywood actors, per Mumbai Crime Branch officials. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's brother, Anmol Vishnoi, played a crucial role in motivating shooters, who received instructions and target information from him after weapons delivery in Panvel on March 15, 2024. Choudhary surveilled Khan's apartment building on April 12, sending videos to Anmol. Shooters Pal and Gupta, dispatched to Mumbai by the Vishnoi gang, executed the firing incident outside Khan's residence on April 14, receiving a total of 3 lakh rupees. The investigation continues to apprehend all involved. The incident, shocking Bandra, led to invoking the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), and a lookout notice for Anmol Bishnoi has been issued.
