Tuesday, 30 April 2024 () An Abu Dhabi-backed vehicle has conceded defeat in its bid to buy The Daily Telegraph after its ownership was effectively blocked by the government.
Heavy rain and thunderstorms disrupted normalcy in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as flight operations were hampered and bus services suspended in Dubai following the downpour. Reports indicated five inbound flights to Dubai were diverted, with numerous cancellations affecting arrivals and departures.
