5-judge Constitution bench to hear Aadhaar pleas from today
Tuesday, 18 July 2017 () A five-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court would commence today the hearing on a batch of petitions challenging the validity of the Aadhaar scheme and the aspect of right to privacy attached to it. The Constitution bench would comprise Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justices J Chelameswar, S A Bobde, D Y Chandrachud and S Abdul Nazeer.
