Through a Manoharrai Sardesai poem, Konkani resounds in Britain's Parliament

The sounds of Konkani resounded through the walls of the British Parliament for the first time when Goan-origin oncologist Dr Bernadette Pereira recited renowned Goan poet Manoharrai Sardesai's poem, 'Magnnem' ('prayer') at the House of Lords complex.
