Sister Cyril, Kolkata Rainbow project pioneer, dies at 86

Sister Cyril, the Catholic nun who worked in Kolkata as an educator for more than 60 years since her arrival in 1956 and launched the Rainbow project to educate street children, died at an old-age home for sisters on Convent Road on Saturday. She was 86. She was principal of Loreto Sealdah for 32 years.
