Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday took a jibe at the opposition leaders who held a grand meeting in Patna on June 23, saying that every leader present in the "photo session" has a "history of scams".The Prime Minister's remarks come days after leaders of 15 opposition parties held a conclave in Patna to finalise a roadmap for the formation of an anti-BJP front ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
