Manipur CM Biren Singh: Schools to reopen, pvt bunkers to be busted

Manipur CM N Biren Singh announced on Monday that students from classes 1 to 8 would be able to return to school from July 5 as his government rolls out a series of confidence-building measures to get the restive state back on the rails, including special protection for farmers and demolition of all illegal "private bunkers" in the valley and the hills.
