Delhi sees second court shooting in 3 months

Less than three months after a suspended lawyer was captured on CCTV cameras dramatically chasing and shooting at a woman at the Saket court complex, exposing the lacuna in security at the premises, not much seems to have changed at the local courts in the national capital.
