Road rage: Mumbai man dies as dumper drags him 400m, driver arrested

In a shocking incident of road rage, a 28-year-old man who was arguing with a dumper driver at Goregaon got dragged 400 metres while hanging from the window of the heavy vehicle. He fell on the road after the dumper hit a speed breaker and died in hospital a day later on Tuesday
