Scuffle, snatching: Calcutta high court gets booth reports on disruptions during panchayat polls counting day

Jagacha BDO Paramita Ghosh appeared before the Calcutta high court on Friday and submitted there was a "scuffle" during the counting of votes on July 11 in the panchayat polls, following which some stamped ballots were "snatched".
