Chamoli mass electrocution: 3 held for 'gross negligence'

Three persons -- a supervisor of the joint venture firm operating the sewage treatment plant (STP) in Chamoli district, an assistant engineer from Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan (UJS) and a lineman from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) - were arrested on Saturday for "gross negligence" which led to mass electrocution of 16 people recently.
