2,000 cops on Mohali roads for farmers' protest today

Around 2,000 cops will be deployed to ensure law and order in the wake of a call for protest by Kisan Mazdoor Sangarsh Committee along with other farm groups against non-payment of relief to the flood-affected here on Tuesday. Mohali police have got around 1,500 cops as reinforcement in the form of 20 companies of anti-riot police and Punjab Armed Police.
