Woman being drunk is not license to kiss her, says Delhi court

A Delhi court, while upholding the conviction of a man for using criminal force by trying to kiss a woman and voluntarily causing hurt by slapping her, has observed that intoxication of a woman does not give licence to her male friend to take undue advantage of her condition.
