G20 Summit: At President's dinner, a taste of Indian millets for world leaders
President Droupadi Murmu hosted a grand dinner for G20 guests in New Delhi, featuring a menu of dishes made from millets and Kashmiri Kahwa. The dinner showcased the culinary heritage of Bharat and celebrated the autumn season of abundance. The menu included dishes such as foxtail millet leaf crisps, jackfruit galette, and cardamom-scented barnyard millet pudding. Guests were also served Indian breads, filter coffee, and Darjeeling tea.
