No consensus on Maratha quota, activist to quit water from today

The latest round of talks between Maratha activist Manoj Jarange and a delegation representing the state government failed to arrive at a consensus on the Maratha reservation issue on Saturday. Jarange later announced that he would intensify his stir from Sunday.
