Repay loans or will throw you into Tihar: Supreme Court to SpiceJet CMD
The Supreme Court has issued a stern warning to SpiceJet's chairman and managing director, Ajay Singh, cautioning him that failure to comply with its order regarding payment to Credit AG could lead to his incarceration in Tihar jail. The top court further asked Singh to pay $5,00,000 towards an instalment to the Swiss firm along with $1 million defaulted amount.
