'Regret 100%' that UPA's proposed women's reservation bill did not have OBC quota: Rahul Gandhi

He also demanded that the Centre carry out a caste census and make its findings public. Gandhi criticized the bill, stating that it was a diversion tactic from the growing demand for a caste census. He also alleged that BJP MPs have no decision-making power.
