A man in his 20s was allegedly attacked by a group of people for wearing a skull cap in a Meerut college. The incident, captured on video, shows the man being grabbed and threatened with a brick. The man's brother filed a police complaint, stating that the attackers demanded the cap be removed and assaulted him. The FIR does not mention the motive for the attack, but the family is urging the police to include stronger charges.
