According to a survey by global association Isaca, 40% of Indian respondents say their cybersecurity teams are understaffed. The survey also revealed that 54% of respondents have job openings for non-entry level roles, while 20% have job openings for entry-level positions. Additionally, 60% of Indian respondents have difficulty retaining qualified cybersecurity professionals. The report also highlights a decline in benefits offered to cybersecurity professionals globally, potentially driven by economic uncertainty.
