A group of women drummers from West Bengal, known as dhakis, have been making their mark on the world stage, performing at various Durga Puja celebrations globally. They have already performed in countries like Britain, the US, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka, and are now heading to Hong Kong and Nigeria. These women drummers, who belong to the 'Motilal Dhaki Dot Com' troupe, not only enjoy the thrill of traveling but also use the earnings to support their families.
