Congress to observe fourth anniversary of Jammu and Kashmir becoming union territory on Oct 31 as 'black day'

The Congress party in Jammu and Kashmir has announced that it will observe October 31 as a "black day" to protest against the division of the state into two union territories. The party criticized the BJP for destroying the state and demanded the restoration of its statehood. The Congress leader accused the BJP of causing economic harm and unemployment in the region. He also criticized the administration for not filling vacancies in government departments. The leader urged party workers to unite against the BJP and be cautious of parties with a secret alliance with them.
