'Will send money': Unnao man shot in J&K told kin

Mukesh Kumar, a laborer from Unnao, was shot dead by terrorists in Pulwama. His family was unaware of the tragedy until the police contacted them. Witnesses say that two terrorists attacked Kumar while he was walking to work. He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead. Kumar was the sole breadwinner for his family of five. His family, who lives in poverty, is in shock. The police have identified the family and will be handing over Kumar's body for cremation.
