The accused in the Jehovah's Witnesses convention explosion, Dominic Martin, briefly stayed in a lodge in Thrissur before surrendering to the police. He confessed his crime on Facebook Live from the room he stayed in. Martin checked-in using his original Aadhaar card, paid with UPI, and only stayed for 10 minutes before leaving. The police decided not to immediately arrest him to verify his account and investigate if he received assistance. The NIA team also questioned the accused, and a case has been booked under relevant sections of the law.
