Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Israel for its ability to suppress a "Taliban mentality" and criticized the Congress party for having a similar mindset. Adityanath highlighted the Modi government's efforts to strengthen ties with Israel and portrayed it as a model for nationalist states. He accused Congress of engaging in communal appeasement and warned that if they were to form the government, the "Taliban mentality" would prevail, endangering women's security and the interests of traders and the underprivileged. Adityanath also credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
