NIA files supplementary chargesheet against 3 accused of espousing and disseminating PFI’s ideology
The NIA has filed a supplementary chargesheet against three individuals accused of promoting the extremist ideology of the Popular Front of India (PFI). The accused were allegedly training PFI cadres to target and attack those opposing the PFI ideology. The NIA also arrested two individuals in Kota for inciting religious hatred and raising funds for terrorist acts. Investigations revealed that the PFI was conducting operations through its headquarters in Chennai and various district offices in Tamil Nadu.
