PM Narendra Modi, Oz deputy PM to attend World Cup final
Friday, 17 November 2023 Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Australian Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles will be in attendance at the final of the ICC Men's World Cup 2023 between India and Australia. The Surya Kiran aerobatic team of the Indian Air Force will perform an air show before the match, and singers Pritam and Aditya Gadhvi will also perform at the stadium. Security arrangements and traffic management are being reviewed, with 4,500 police personnel deployed and special police teams escorting the cricket teams. Metro and bus services will be enhanced to facilitate transportation for spectators.
