Akbaruddin Owaisi booked for threatening Police official, BJP says "KCR unable to manage law and order"
Wednesday, 22 November 2023 AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi has been booked for allegedly threatening a police officer in Hyderabad. BJP leader Syed Zafar Islam criticized Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his inability to manage law and order in the state. Owaisi denied the allegations and said he had video footage of the police officer entering the stage. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma urged the Election Commission to cancel Owaisi's candidature. Telangana will hold elections on November 30.
