Delhi Pollution: AQI 'near severe', fifth time in November
Wednesday, 22 November 2023 The air quality in Delhi reached the upper end of the 'very poor' category with an air quality index (AQI) of 395 on Wednesday. This marked the fifth day in November when the AQI was 'near severe'. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) considers an AQI between 301 and 400 as 'very poor'. Although the air quality briefly entered the 'severe' category on Wednesday morning, it improved to 'very poor' after the wind speed increased for a few hours.
