5-year-old molested at Goa shack, man arrested after clip goes viral

A video uploaded on social media shows an adult man molesting a minor boy at a shack in Colva. The police helpline was called, but no action was taken. The Victim Assistance Unit (VAU) registered a complaint and arrested Franky Fernandes for the sexual abuse. The incident occurred in Goa and the minor boy is an orphan. The VAU coordinator, Emidio Pinho, filed the complaint and mentioned the Goa Children Act in his statement.
