Rajasthan Assembly polls: Political fate of 1,862 candidates to be decided today

The political fate of 1,862 candidates in the Rajasthan Assembly Elections-2023 will be decided as counting began. Chief Electoral Officer Praveen Gupta has ensured three-tier security arrangements at the counting venues. A total of 1,121 AROs are on duty, and there are 2,552 tables for calculation. The counting will be conducted in 4,180 rounds, and micro observers have been appointed. Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure will be enforced after the counting of votes.
