Maharashtra leads in foreign investment: Industries minister Uday Samant

Maharashtra leads in foreign investment in the country. Within three months, a sum of Rs 28,828 crore has come into the state, said industries minister Uday Samant in the state council on Thursday.He also said that Raigad district will have projects with investments worth Rs 35,000 crores. Around 200 acres of land had been acquired to develop a mango park in Ratnagiri, he said. He also said that training centres would be set up near MIDCs in the state.
