Parliament security breach serious issue, everyone should avoid squabbling over it: PM Modi

IndiaTimes Sunday, 17 December 2023
In his first remarks since the December 13 incident, PM Modi said the security breach is painful and a matter of concern. He called for no squabbling over the issue amid the opposition's protests over it in Parliament. "Efforts should also be made to look for a solution with collective spirit. Everyone should avoid squabbling over such an issue," he said in an interview to a Hindi daily. On Wednesday, two persons jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the visitors' gallery and sprayed yellow colour smoke when the Zero Hour proceedings were going on.
