UP: 4 stray puppies burnt alive by 3 minor boys

Three minor boys burn four stray dog puppies to death in a park in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. The children, aged 8 to 10 years and from Begumpurwa area, set the puppies' shelter on fire using a matchbox. The shelter, made of dry straw and jute sack, caught fire and the puppies couldn't escape. The incident sparked protests by animal lovers and activists, who demanded strict action. The police are investigating the incident and will take action based on evidence.
