Chief Justice Chandrachud sings Christmas carols at Supreme Court event, video goes viral
Chief Justice DY Chandrachud spread holiday cheer at the Christmas day program held in the Supreme Court on Monday. CJI Chandrachud addressed a gathering and acknowledged the recent loss of four members of the armed forces. He stated, "As we celebrate Christmas, let us not forget those on the borders who are spending these cold mornings protecting us and our nation. When we sing, we also sing for them in celebration." Encircled by applauding colleagues and members of the bar, Chandrachud kicked off the festive musical interlude with "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."
