In Touch With ULFA-I Leader Paresh Barua But Immediate Talks Unlikely, Says Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

The chief minister claimed that Barua will himself change the ULFA charter of demands which was drawn up several decades ago if he comes and stays in Assam for 15 days as the state is now a land of peace and tranquility.
