Bombay High Court grants bail to Mirza Himayat Baig in the 2010 Nashik terror plot case foiled by ATS. Baig will remain in Nashik Central Prison serving life imprisonment in the German Bakery blast case. ATS alleged Baig as the main conspirator for the Nashik police headquarters blast.
