I-STEM to host national event 'Samavesha' to connect researchers, industry and start-ups with lab facilities

I-STEM is launching ‘Samavesha’ project at IISc Bengaluru to enhance research collaboration in India. It aims to connect researchers with scientific institutes through an online portal, optimizing resource utilization. By 2024, I-STEM plans to connect individuals to equipment and ignite a collaborative ecosystem for innovation. This will help researchers, industries, and startups avoid the high capital costs associated with acquiring sophisticated equipment. At the national level, it also averts the duplication of resources within research institutions.
