Patna high court refuses to give custody of minor wife & newborn to man

The Patna High Court has denied custody of a minor wife and her newborn to her husband. The court ruled that it is in the 'best interest' of the mother and child to reside at a girls' shelter home until the wife reaches the age of majority.
