Ustad Aashish Khan and his family have applied to KMC to declare 159/1A Rashbehari Avenue, where Ustad Ali Akbar Khan lived, a heritage property. The property has historical value as it was the home of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, founder of the Maihar Seniya Gharana.
