Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Thursday that Delhi had a government inspired by 10 principles of Ram Rajya, among them free ration to the poor and shelter to the homeless, free electricity, water, education, health, bus travel for women and paid pilgrimages for the elderly.
