A booze party among friends in northeast Delhi's Shastri Park took an ugly turn when a 25-year-old man, Sameer, bit the cheek of another man, Bilal, duringan argument over supremacy in the area.Seeking retribution, Bilal returned with some people and shot at and stabbed Sameer. Sameer is in hospital with stab wounds to the buttocks and bullet wounds to hislegs
