Tirupati temple annual budget crosses Rs 5,000 crore mark for first time
Tuesday, 30 January 2024 Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) trust board approves Rs.5,141.74 crore budget for 2024-2025, crossing the Rs 5,000 crore mark for the first time. The budget includes Rs 1611 crore from Hundi collections, Rs 14,000 crore in fixed deposits, and expected interest of Rs 1,167 crore. TTD also expects to earn revenue from prasadams, darshan tickets, loans, and other sources.
