CBI charges Air India ex-CMD, IBM, SAP in software purchase case

According to officials, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has lodged a chargesheet against Arvind Jadhav, who was the CMD of Air India at the time, as well as SAP India and IBM India. The chargesheet pertains to purported irregularities in the procurement of software valued at Rs 225 crore by the national carrier in 2011.
